Grand opening of Residence Papillon in Ajdovščina - modern living that connects

Ajdovščina hosted the grand opening of the new residential neighbourhood Rezidence Papillon, where we are also an investor as Stoja DCS. The event brought together the new residents, representatives of the local community, architects and the general public to celebrate an important step towards a modern, sustainable and comfortable way of living in the city.

On this occasion, the gathering was addressed by Tine Vadnal, representative of the investor Inpapilon, Edi Blažko, director of the architectural firm Sono Architects, who designed the neighbourhood, and Tadej Beočanin, Mayor of the Municipality of Ajdovščina. They all expressed their pride in the successful completion of the project and the new beginning for many families who have found their new home in Papilon.

The Papillon Residences comprise 66 modern apartments, ranging from 1.5- to 4-bedrooms, ranging in size from 47.38 m² to 113.84 m², with loggias and/or spacious terraces. All the apartments were sold during the construction phase, which confirms the exceptional interest shown by the buyers. The price per square metre was EUR 2,650.

The building is characterised by private atriums on the ground floor, large terraces on the top floor and common areas such as two spacious bike rooms and a green outdoor space for socialising and playing, which encourages the residents to connect with each other.

After the official part of the event, the residents had the opportunity to visit one of the model apartments, meet their neighbours and network in a pleasant atmosphere before moving in. Most of the new owners had already taken the keys to their apartments.

On this occasion, the investors also announced the construction of two additional buildings, which will offer around 60 new apartments, thus continuing the development of quality living in the centre of Ajdovščina.
